Legal Seminar: Land Law & Real Estate 2026: Adapting to the New Land Price Framework

Starting from January 1, 2026, the new land price framework under the 2024 Land Law will officially take effect nationwide, marking a significant shift in Vietnam’s land management policy. The removal of the government land price bracket and the transition toward market-based pricing are expected to enhance transparency in land administration, usage, and real estate development.
However, alongside these positive changes, the new policy also raises several practical concerns for businesses and individuals, including increased land-use costs, impacts on property prices, financial pressure on enterprises, and potential legal risks during local implementation and enforcement.
Recognizing these challenges, the Chief Corporate Counsel Club (CCCC) is organizing its July Legal Seminar titled:
“Land Law & Real Estate 2026: Adapting to the New Land Price Framework”
