To help businesses better understand the legal risks associated with AI, the Chief Corporate Counsel Club (CCCC) is hosting a legal seminar titled “Applying Artificial Intelligence – Balancing Its Potential and Risks in Legal Practices”, presented by Lawyer Lê Trọng ThêmManaging Director and Lawyer at LTT & Partners Law Firm.

About the speaker – Lawyer Lê Trọng Thêm

Lawyer Lê Trọng Thêm is currently the Managing Director and Lawyer at LTT & Partners Law Firm and an official mediator at the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Centre (VICMC).

With over 16 years of experience in labour law, corporate law, governance, and internal control, Lawyer Thêm has provided practical legal solutions to numerous large domestic and international clients.

Additionally, Lawyer Thêm is a visiting lecturer at leading universities such as the University of Economics and Law Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Law University, and Ton Duc Thang University. He frequently serves as a keynote speaker at seminars, including the Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR) and HRM Share & Care Club on legal matters. He has also delivered training for major businesses such as PVGas, PVGas South, Bosch, Mobifone, Hong Leong Bank, and Vinamilk on topics related to labour law, corporate governance, and M&A.

He also plays key roles in organisations such as being a member of the VNHR legal advisory team, a member of the CSMO Executive Board, and a member of the Vietnam International Law Association.
