The land law and real estate business law system in Vietnam is highly complex, with numerous legal amendments and supplementary regulations.

Notably, the 2023 Real Estate Business Law, effective from 1 August 2024 (as per Law No. 43/2024/QH15), introduces various changes that promise to have a significant impact on the real estate market. However, these changes also pose a substantial challenge for businesses to monitor and fully understand each modification.

Therefore, mastering the current legal regulations when reviewing real estate lease contracts not only helps protect a company’s interests but also serves as a foundation for minimising the risk of disputes and ensuring compliance in each lease agreement.

Through the legal seminar “Key Notes On Reviewing Real Estate Lease Contracts”, organised by the Corporate Counsel Club, Lawyer Trương Thị Hiền – Partner at Phuoc & Partners – will provide essential knowledge for business managers, in-house lawyers, and legal consultants on evaluating and adjusting real estate lease contracts.

This Legal Seminar will guide attendees in grasping relevant legal regulations, identifying potential risks, and negotiating terms that protect legal interests when entering into lease agreements.

  1. Legal Basis of Real Estate Lease Contracts
  2. Types of Common Real Estate Lease Contracts: Including office space, industrial premises, land within industrial zones, commercial space, residential properties/apartments, etc.
