Legal Seminar: Key Points on Arbitration Proceedings at VIAC
Friday, 22/11/2024 @ 14:00 - 16:00
Arbitration proceedings at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) have become a popular choice for both domestic and international businesses in resolving commercial disputes.
According to the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration and the regulations of arbitration centres, the rulings of the Arbitration Council are final, recognised, and enforceable in Vietnam, as well as in 170 countries and territories that are signatories to the 1958 New York Convention. This provides strong legal assurance and enhances the transparency and efficiency in commercial dispute resolution.
This November, the Chief Corporate Counsel Club (CCCC) will host a legal seminar titled “Key Points on Arbitration Proceedings at VIAC”.
The seminar will focus on critical aspects of arbitration proceedings, from arbitration agreements to the enforcement of awards, equipping participants with knowledge and practical experience when choosing arbitration as a method for dispute resolution.
