Legal Seminar: Legal Risk Management in the Application of AI & Emerging Technologies in Enterprises
Tuesday, 02/06/2026 @ 14:00 - 16:00
According to “The State of AI in 2025: Global Survey” by McKinsey & Company:
📍 78% of organisations have adopted AI (Artificial Intelligence) in at least one business function.
📍 62% of respondents reported that their organisations are at least experimenting with AI agents – systems capable of autonomous actions.
AI is increasingly becoming an integral part of business operations – from customer service, recruitment, and marketing to data analytics. However, alongside these benefits come a wide range of potential legal risks that many organisations have yet to fully recognise.
The use of generative AI tools by employees to process customer data, internal information, or corporate documents may lead to violations of personal data protection, information leakage, or intellectual property disputes. In addition, decisions made by AI systems raise important questions regarding legal liability in cases of errors or damages.
As global legal frameworks governing AI continue to evolve and tighten, organisations can no longer rely solely on reactive compliance. Instead, they must proactively establish legal risk management frameworks from the outset.
Recognising this need, the Corporate Counsel Club (CCCC) is organising a Legal Seminar on:
“LEGAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE APPLICATION OF AI & EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IN ENTERPRISES”
This programme is designed to help organisations shift from passive compliance to proactive AI governance – not only to mitigate risks but also to build sustainable competitive advantages.
