Ms. Duong Tieng Thu is currently a Senior Partner at Phuoc & Partners. She has over 20 years of experience in labour and employment law. She previously served as a Senior Lawyer at Vision & Associates Law Firm, Attorney at the Ho Chi Minh City branch of Gide Loyrette Nouel Law Firm, and held the position of Legal Director at Diageo Vietnam Limited Company.
In addition to providing legal services to corporate and individual clients, Ms. Thu actively participates in a number of clubs and training programs for enterprises, and training programs for lawyers. She is currently a speaker on labour law at the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and has delivered presentations at professional training courses for lawyers organised by the Vietnam Bar Federation and the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
