Ms. Ngo Thi Kim Trinh is currently a Partner at Phuoc & Partners. She is an experienced litigation lawyer, providing comprehensive advice and support to clients in numerous cases related to dispute resolution at Court and Commercial Arbitration. Ms. Trinh also provides legal opinions and represents clients in negotiations as well as in resolving administrative complaints and lawsuits with competent State authorities.
Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Ms.Trinh served as Senior Lawyer at Luat Viet Law Firm (now Dentons Luat Viet), one of the world’s leading law firms with branches in Vietnam, and she also worked as a Lawyer at Le Nguyen Law Firm.
