Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc is the founder cum managing partner of Phuoc & Partners.
Mr. Phuoc has over 25 years of experience in various legal fields, particularly in tax and labour & employment law. Prior to establishment of TLS Law Firm in 2003 (later TLS was changed to Phuoc & Partners), Mr. Phuoc served as the Managing Lawyer of Luat Viet Law Firm (now Dentons Luat Viet) and held the position of Deputy Manager of Tax and Legal Department at two of the world’s largest international consulting and auditing firms that are PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC) and KPMG.
Mr. Phuoc is also holding position of Vice President of Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR); Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD) and held the position of Vice President of the Vietnam Sales & Marketing Club (CSMO) as well as a former member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Business Lawyer Club (VBLC).
Since 2006, Mr. Phuoc has been consistently recognised as one of Vietnam’s leading lawyers in the fields of tax law and labour and employment law by reputable independent assessment organisations such as Legal500, Chambers Asia and ALB.
