Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan is the founder and managing partner of DIMAC Law Firm. Mr. Tuan has over 20 years of experience in the fields of contracts, construction, real estate, investment, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution at Arbitration Centers and Courts.
Mr. Tuan was the Partner of Phuoc & Partners for nearly 10 years. Previously, he had worked at leading law firms such as Luat Viet, Thang & Associate and Lucy Wayne & Associates.
Mr. Tuan is also an Arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), a Mediator of the Vietnam Mediation Center and a Board Member of Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC).
