Ms. Truong My Ly is currently a Partner at Phuoc & Partners. She has many years of experience in investment, corporate, finance, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions.
She previously served as a Senior Associate at Shin & Kim Law Firm – Hanoi Branch, Deputy Manager of the Information and Legal Consulting Department in CONCETTI Consulting Company, and held the position of Head of the Legal Department at major companies such as VP Bank Securities JSC, and Vinsmart JSC (a subsidiary of Vingroup).
Ms. Ly has made significant contributions to society by providing legal support to clients and contributing to the development the legal profession. She is currently a Member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Jurist Association.
