Ms. Truong Thi Hien is currently a Partner at Phuoc & Partners. With over 20 years of experience in investment and business law, she possesses in-depth knowledge of law on corporate, investment, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and various diverse fields.
Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Ms. Hien served as the Deputy Manager of the Legal Advisory Center at InvestConsult Group; Partner at Bizlink Lawyers & Consultants (now Bizlink Lawyers); Senior Associate at DNPro Counsel LLP (now An Legal); and Head of Legal for the VIG investee companies specialising in the food and beverage and education sectors.
Ms. Hien has made significant contributions to society by providing legal assistance to clients and contributing to the development of the legal profession. She currently serves as a guest lecturer at the Judicial Academy of Vietnam.
