In the context of global economic integration and increasingly fierce competition, brand protection has become a vital strategy for businesses to affirm their identity and ensure sustainable resources.

International standards and commitments under trade agreements such as the CPTPP and EVFTA require businesses to rigorously register and protect trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property. In practice, there have been numerous cases of intellectual property (“IP”) rights infringement or failure to register IP rights, resulting in substantial losses in revenue, legal penalties, and reputational damage.

In this context, the Corporate Legal Directors Club is organising the Legal Seminar: “Intellectual Property – Protecting Rights, Preventing & Addressing Infringement for Businesses”, aimed at helping enterprises take actionable steps to safeguard intellectual property in their business operations.

Speakers:
👩‍⚖️ Lawyer Nong Thi Tho – CEO, Vi Tam Law Firm
