About the Speaker – Trương Mỹ Ly

Ms Trương Mỹ Ly is currently a Partner at Phuoc & Partners and Vice President of the Corporate Counsel Club (CCCC).

She has over 20 years of legal practice experience. She has held Head of Legal positions at multinational corporations and large enterprises, and has also provided legal advisory services at leading law firms both domestically and internationally.

At the Corporate Counsel Club (CCCC), Ms Ly is responsible for reviewing and developing legal content and professional materials.

With extensive experience advising businesses on legal compliance and corporate governance matters, Ms Ly has deep expertise in the requirements and risks associated with the collection, processing, and protection of personal data.

At the seminar, Ms Trương Mỹ Ly will help businesses gain clarity on the key changes introduced by the Personal Data Protection Law 2025, identify practical risks, and shape appropriate approaches to not only ensure compliance but also build long-term advantages through effective data governance.
